About Us

The Valleys Kickboxing clubs are a collection of very successful martial arts schools based in Merthyr Tydfil and Aberdare and are instructed by Mr Owen williams IIIdeg Blackbelt . We are part of a larger parent association the Korean Martial Arts Association Wales. This is headed by Master Christopher Sparkes VII Deg and Master Jeff Copp VI Deg.

The Classes offer a friendly but demanding training programme which are open to all from the raw beginners to the trained fighters. Our main focus is the instruction of quality Kickboxing technique whether it be Light continuous or Full contact training or general padwork and fitness training. We cover realistic street self defence, weapons training, competition fighting, full contact training and sparring, general fitness drills, pad work andfocus mitt routines.
